Missing Persons cases can be classified into five categories

Did your child runaway? Is an adult member of your family missing?

  1. Children
    • Parental Abduction
    • Stranger Abduction
    • Coerced Abduction

    • Runaways-juveniles who runaway on their own
    • Throwaways – juveniles who are forced out by their parents.

Runaway/throwaway cases and Missing Adults receive the lowest priority from law enforcement agencies. Many times these agencies do not have the available resources to actively search for a suspected runaway.

  2. Missing Adults: for missing adults there is no federal or state law that requires reporting a missing adult (unless there is evidence of a suspicious nature) and it is not illegal for an adult to disappear. We also handle missing adults suffering from illnesses such as Dementia and Alzheimer.

  3. Witness location – locating missing witnesses for service of process, depositions and testimony at trial.

  4. Skip Tracing – searching for people that you have judgments against and owe you money

Management Resources utilizes a plan that involves the family, law enforcement and the media. We have former Detectives from the NYPD who are experts in Missing Persons Investigations. These dedicated investigators have the knowledge and expertise needed to solve these difficult cases. We work for the families to search for their missing loved ones and act as the liaison between the family and law enforcement.
